A good way to find yourself in front of a Bootum Council is to quick pitch.

All pitchers must give time for the batting team to access their menu. As such, a pitcher must come to a set position before throwing a pitch, especially with men on base.

Those who are victims of a quick pitcher is STRONGLY encouraged to call Council to order.
